How do I know if my tree needs to be removed or just trimmed?
If the tree is overgrown its area, limbs are too heavy for safety reasons, or tree may not look healthy. These are reason for trimming.
For removal, if there are safety concerns, the tree may have hollow areas that are unsafe. The tree may be dead, limbs are dry.

Absolutely, not only supervising but involved in the actual tree work itself.

Joe has 15 years experience doing that type of work for the state of California, Caltrans Department of Highways. Joe was involved setting up California OSHA workman safety state program.

Yes we do, that is one of the most important parts in the completion of the job.
